The city/ tourist tax is charged between the 1st May and the 30th September only.

Area information Distances: 230 km to Hamburg, 240 km to Berlin. Easy reachable by car, suburban railway or ferry. A hotel owned ferry takes you to the opposit bank where you can enjoy romantic walks through Warnemünde. Travel information By car: A 19 / A 20 , exit Rostock-Ost, proceed on B 105 in direction Stralsund, in Rövershagen turn left to Niederhagen. Continue on your right on Bäderstraße. In Hinrichshagen turn left and drive via Markgrafenheide to Hohe Düne. Or: A 20,exit Rostock- Warnemünde, B103 and by ferry to Warnemünde. By train: Main station Rostock. By suburban railway (S-Bahn) to Warnemünde. From there by ferry to Yachthafenresidenz (takes about 2 min.). By plane: Airport Rostock-Laage. Proceed by taxi or car. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.25 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. Up to two children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. Up to two children from 6 to 11 years are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Up to two children from 12 to 15 years are charged EUR 45.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
