Arriving by car: - Exit the motorway A19 (Berlin-Rostock) at "Rostock-Süd" - After travelling approx. 1000 metres in the direction of the city, turn left at the traffic lights and you will find the entrance of our car park - Parking spaces are available in front of the hotel; entry to the underground garage is behind the hotel Arriving from the main railway station: - During the day, please use the bus number 22 or 23. In the evenings, use the bus F1. The bus stop "Tessiner Straße" is located right in front of the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person.  Buffet breakfast is not included and costs EUR 13.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 18.00 per night and person for cots.  Extra beds are not available.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
