You will live on the 5th to 18th floors, the latter being 64m above the ground! All rooms have a balcony and a magnificent view over the wide open sea, sandy beach and a romantic little harbour town - nowhere else are you as close to the sea as here. The facilities are modern - you may chose from a wide selection. We meet all requirements.

You'll find cereal bars and fruit juice in the mini-bar, fresh, seasonal fruit on your pillow and wellness reading material on the table for the evenings. Non-smoking floors Special non-smoking rooms allow you to sleep better. Select your dream room There is a huge selection with the latest equipment. We can meet all your requirements: bath or shower, hairdryer, bath robe, minibar, direct dial telephone, weighing scales, sat TV and radio, pay TV, Nintendo, safe and fax (in some rooms).

Neptun's Catering We would like you to feel at home in the hotel. We adopt this same attitude in our various restaurants. Whether you wish to eat à la carte, follow the menu or have a buffet, enjoy the food we prepare and the wonderful view over the Baltic Sea, the gulls as they fly past and the long sandy beach. "Koralle" Restaurant This is where we welcome you in the mornings with the huge NEPTUN breakfast buffet. Do you believe that what is healthy does not taste good? We'll prove that this is not true and we have set up a "Wellness Oasis" - it's worth trying! Our young guests can take plentiful helpings at the children's buffet. You'll find rotating theme buffets for you in the evenings. "Broiler" Grill Restaurant The legendary Broiler bar in the Hotel Neptun has been a cult centre for 30 years. You'll find the best roast chickens in the world here. Even if you don't like crispy chicken, it's worth a visit! Café PANORAMA Enjoy the unique view from the highest café in the whole country. Enjoy the home-made cakes and gateaux from our Neptun patisserie 64 meters up. Our speciality is home-made stollen. Sky-Bar There's no better place to be when the lights go on in the evening. The highest bar in the country awaits you on the 19th floor. You can gaze out over the whole of Warnemünde, the sea and the entrance to the harbour, as you listen to live music and enjoy a bottle of wine. Something special: The hotel roof is opened on warm evenings and you can dance beneath a magnificent starry sky - it's an unforgettable experience. Lobby Bar Celebrate, get to know nice people, try out trendy cocktails and listen to soft piano music. This is the way to start or end a beautiful day.

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 14 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
